I’m excited to return to Yoga Zen on May 3 to lead a special Breathwork Meditation class.
Experience breathwork meditation as a powerful tool to create more wellness in your life. Breathwork is all about releasing and receiving - releasing stress, toxins, and emotional energy, and receiving clarity, peace and healing.
During breathwork you will lie on your back and breathe in a circular, rhythmic pattern for about thirty minutes. You will then transition to a place of deep relaxation and meditation. You will be supported throughout the process with specific coaching, essential oils, music, and personal attention.
Please bring a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Wear loose comfortable clothing, and refrain from eating a heavy meal before coming to the class.
*Breathwork is completely natural and safe for most people. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, have a history of seizures or aneurysms, have any cardiovascular issues, or any medical or physical condition which would impair your ability to lie on your back and breathe deeply for a sustained period.
