It’s self-care Sunday, and this workshop is going to feel soooo yummy!

Breathwork acts as a natural release valve to rid our bodies of the stress, tension and emotions that build up over time. We breathe in order to clear the mind and body, so that we can connect to ourselves and others in a healthier, more authentic way. 

During breathwork you will lie on your back and breathe in a circular, rhythmic pattern for about thirty minutes.  You will then transition to a place of deep relaxation and meditation.  You will be supported throughout the process with specific coaching, essential oils, music, and personal attention. 

Please bring a yoga mat, and a water bottle.  Wear loose comfortable clothing, and refrain from eating a heavy meal before coming to the class.

Loss and grief are among the most universal of human experiences, and yet when it happens to us, we often feel like we’re all alone. 

Loss can be experienced in many ways: the death of a loved one or beloved pet, divorce, job loss, aging, empty nest…the list goes on and on. 

This class will discuss cultural influences surrounding grief, walk you through the stages of grief, tell you what to expect during this process, and give you the support to sustain you during this difficult time. Being in community with people who are also experiencing loss can feel very nurturing and healing, so there will be time for sharing and discussion.
