Discover breathwork as a powerful practice to support greater wellness, clarity, and emotional balance. This dynamic technique helps you release stress, anxiety, toxins, and unprocessed emotions — while inviting in peace, healing, and renewed vitality.
In this guided session, you’ll lie comfortably on your back and engage in a circular, rhythmic breathing pattern for approximately 30 minutes. Afterward, you'll ease into a deeply restorative state of relaxation and meditation. Marnie will support you throughout the journey with gentle prompts, music, essential oils, and personalized attention.
The experience will end with time for integration, reflection, and open discussion.
Please bring a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Wear loose comfortable clothing, and refrain from eating a heavy meal before coming to the class.

Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, have a history of seizures or aneurysms, have any cardiovascular issues, or any medical or physical condition which would impair your ability to lie on your back and breathe deeply for a sustained period.
