In this guided session, you’ll lie comfortably on your back and engage in a circular, rhythmic breathing pattern for approximately 30 minutes. Afterward, you'll ease into a deeply restorative state of relaxation and meditation. I will support you throughout the journey with gentle prompts, music, essential oils, and personalized attention.
The experience will end with time for integration, reflection, and open discussion.
Please bring a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Wear loose comfortable clothing, and refrain from eating a heavy meal before coming to the class.

Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, have a history of seizures or aneurysms, have any cardiovascular issues, or any medical or physical condition which would impair your ability to lie on your back and breathe deeply for a sustained period.
